Processing on Behalf of our Customers

When acting as a data processor for customers, our collection, use, or disclosure of information on their behalf is governed by our agreement with them and, as applicable, their privacy policies. If you are a customer and have questions regarding our data processing on your behalf, please consult our End User Software License Agreement or other agreement between us.
What information Tablet Command, Inc. collects
We may collect three types of information: “personally identifiable information”; “device information” about the device you are using to access our site or use our service(s); and “anonymized information.”
Personally identifiable information is any piece of information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated or linked to you. We collect the following types of personally identifiable information:
- Unique Identifiers such as name, governmental ID number;
- Contact Information such as mailing address, billing address, email address, phone number;
- Commercial Information such as inquiries about or purchases of our products and services;
- If allowed by user and device operating system, device GPS coordinates may be shared with other authorized members within your customer account and if determined by hosting agency may be shared with other Tablet Command customer.
- Internet and Network Information such as IP address, device ID, browsing/search history, browser type, device type and settings;
- Audio/Visual Information such as images, call recordings, video or audio testimonials;
- Professional Information such as employer, job title, professional credentials and certifications;
- Inferences drawn from the above categories of Personal Information that relate to your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes (e.g., consumer response models, propensity to purchase models).
Device information is information about the device and its attributes (such as information about how your browser is configured, whether your device has enabled cookies, its Flash settings, the device’s identification number and other characteristics about the device). When device information is reasonably capable of being linked or associated with an identifiable person, it will be treated as personally identifiable information under the category of “Internet and Network information” above. We use device information for purposes such as enhancing the user experience and fraud prevention.
Anonymized information is information about users (such as frequency of visits to the website, website pages most frequently accessed, browser type) that is not reasonably capable of being linked or associated with an identifiable person. Anonymized information also may include pages visited along with any navigation and in-page interactions used during each visit. In-page interactions potentially monitored include: clicks and selections, mouse movement, page scrolling, and form fields focused on (specific keystrokes entered into each field are not collected). If you arrive at our website(s) via an advertisement (e.g., banner ad), we may collect information regarding the advertisement with which you interacted and your interactions (e.g., item clicked, date, and time).

- We also use Hotjar for analysis of how users interact with our website(s). Hotjar is a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like) and this enables us to build and maintain our website(s) with user feedback. This may also include recording user interactions with our website(s). Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device's IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website(s). Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf. Log files

DATA RETENTION

We generally will retain other information for up to 36 months, but may make exceptions based on business need as determined by us in our sole discretion. We will evaluate your request and may, in our sole discretion, grant or deny it in full or in part.

We are concerned about safeguarding your personally identifiable information and have implemented reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect against unauthorized or unlawful access to or disclosure of personally identifiable information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
How Tablet Command, Inc. uses the personally identifiable information collected
We use personally identifiable information in connection with our business operations, including:

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our website(s) and services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18, we will delete such personally identifiable information from our records.
CALIFORNIA “DO NOT TRACK” DISCLOSURE
“Do Not Track” is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. Currently, our website(s) and services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
